Brief Specification Description: In order to further strengthen the comprehensive security guarantee work in the surrounding area of Shanghai Wild Animal Park, improve the safety operation capability of the surrounding area of park, effectively prevent and curb the occurrence of safety hazards, create a safe guarantee environment for citizens and tourists, and promote the healthy, stable and sustainable development of the surrounding area of Wild Animal Park, it is planned to purchase special security services, and the service content includes special security work such as public security anti-theft, cracking down on scalpers, traffic maintenance in the surrounding area of Shanghai Wild Animal Park.

4、具有省、市级公安部门核发的有效的《保安服务许可证》（外省保安服务 企业须已在上海市公安部门备案登记）；

4. Possess a valid "Security Service License" issued by the provincial or municipal public security departments (security enterprises from other provinces must have already been registered with the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Department);

1、根据上海市财政局的规定，本项目招投标工作必须在上海市政府采购云平台上进行。本项目潜在投标人在投标前应当自行了解政府采购云平台的基本规则、要求、流程，具备网上投标的能力和条件，知晓并愿意承担电子招投标可能产生的风险；
