Brief Specification Description: Due to the relatively long period since their completion, the houses in this batch within the scope of this project exhibit numerous damages, primarily involving peeling of wall paint, broken toilets, damaged pipeline valves, and rusted door locks. It is planned to uniformly carry out simple repairs on this batch of houses before putting them into use. (For specific details, please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings)

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）本次磋商需要网上响应，供应商必须获得上海市电子签名认证证书（CA认证证书）；（2）供应商具备有效的营业执照及有效的安全生产许可证；（3）供应商具有中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部颁发的建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；（4）项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This consultation requires online response, and suppliers must obtain a Shanghai Electronic Signature Authentication Certificate (CA Authentication Certificate); (2) Suppliers must possess a valid business license and a valid safety production license; (3) Suppliers must have a qualification of Grade III or above for general contracting of construction engineering issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China; (4) The project leader must have a registered construction engineer qualification of Grade II or above in construction engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects.
