简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：X2停保场有停车楼(共5层)、DRT检测用房(共2层)、公交业务楼(共4层)、35kV变电站、洗车房，门卫、垃圾房等用房，共计建筑面积72369m2(占地面积48664.06m2)。随着X2停保场场站的启用，为确保高效、有序运营，需要引入物业管理服务，涵盖环境维护、秩序维护、设施设备巡检和维护、室内外绿化等多个方面。（具体内容详见第三章服务需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The X2 parking and maintenance depot has a parking building (with 5 floors), a DRT testing building (with 2 floors), a public transportation business building (with 4 floors), a 35kV substation, a car wash, guard rooms, garbage rooms and other facilities, with a total construction area of 72,369 square meters (covering an area of 48,664.06 square meters). With the opening of the X2 parking and maintenance depot, to ensure efficient and orderly operation, property management services need to be introduced, covering environmental maintenance, order maintenance, inspection and maintenance of facilities and equipment, indoor and outdoor greening, and other aspects. (For specific details, please refer to the Service Requirements in Chapter 3.)
合同履约期限：合同期限为一年，以场站实际启用之日起计算。
