（1）资格要求Requirements for Qualifications of the Bidder A.★如果投标人为中国境内注册公司，投标人需具有合法有效的企业法人营业执照、税务登记证及组织机构代码证或证照合一的营业执照，投标时需提供原件扫描件（原件备查）；If the Bidder is a company registered within the territory of China, it shall possess a legally valid Business License of an enterprise legal person, Tax Registration Certificate, and Organizational Code Certificate, or a unified business license combining these certificates. When submitting the bid, the Bidder shall provide a scanned copy of the original document (with the originals kept available for verification).★如果投标人为中国境外注册公司，需提供有效的公司登记注册证明；If the Bidder is a company registered outside the territory of China, it shall provide a valid certificate of company registration.★投标人为分公司的，需具有合法有效的营业执照（境内注册）/公司登记注册证明（境外注册）和上级法人单位授权书（授权该分公司投标和签订合同），投标时需提供原件扫描件（原件备查）。If the Bidder is a branch company, it shall possess a legally valid business license (for those registered within China) / certificate of company registration (for those registered outside China) and an authorization letter from the superior legal entity (authorizing the branch to bid and sign contracts). When submitting the bid, the branch shall provide scanned copies of the original documents (with the originals kept available for verification).★招标人认可该分公司和上级法人单位的资质、资格和业绩，不认可同一上级法人单位的其它分公司的资质、资格和业绩。分公司与上级法人单位只可一家参与投标，同时参与投标的，投标均无效。The qualifications, eligibility and performance of the branch and its superior legal entity shall be recognized by the Procuring Entity(Company/Purchaser), while the qualifications, eligibility and performance of other branches under the same superior legal entity shall not be recognized. Only one of the branch and its superior legal entity may participate in the bid; if both participate in the bid, all their bids shall be regarded as invalid bids.B. ★若所投产品为国内产品：投标人必须为CO2回注泵的制造商，不允许代理商投标。所投产品为境外产品：允许CO2回注泵制造商或代理商投标。Manufacturer Requirements: For domestic products: The bidder must be the manufacturer of the CO2 inject pumps, and agents are not allowed to bid. For overseas products: The manufacturer or agent of the CO2 inject pumps is permitted to bid. ★投标人为代理商时，应得到本次投标所投CO2回注泵制造商的唯一合法授权，并需提供以下材料（原件加盖制造商公章）：1）在有效期内的制造商授权书；2）CO2回注泵制造商承诺函，承诺投标所投产品为制造商工厂生产。产品要求：投标人的工厂应为完成本项目产品的设计、部件采办、制造成撬和测试的制造商。If the bidder is an agent, they must obtain exclusive and legal authorization from the CO2 inject pumps manufacturer involved in the bid and provide the following materials (original documents with the manufacturer's official seal): 1) Manufacturer's authorization letter within its validity period; 2) Manufacturer's commitment letter, pledging that the bid products are manufactured in the manufacturer's factory. Product Requirements: The bidder's factory must be the manufacturer responsible for the design, component procurement, skid assembly, and testing of the products for this project. ★投标人以自己制造的货物参与投标的，不能再将此货物同时授权给其他投标人参与投标，否则相关的所有投标将被拒绝。投标人将被授权的货物再授权给其他投标人同时参与投标的，相关的所有投标将被拒绝。If a bidder participates in the bidding with goods manufactured by itself, the bidder shall not authorize other bidders to offer the same goods in the bidding at the same time; otherwise, all related bids will be rejected. If a bidder re-authorizes other bidders the authorized goods to participate in the bidding at the same time, all related bids will be rejected.（2）资质要求及证明文件 A.★ CCC证书：投标人本次投标所投产品中的属于CNCA-C23-01:2024 范围CCC管理的设备必须取得中国国家强制性产品认证证书（CCC认证），且证书在有效期内。投标人需承诺供货前提供。CCC Certificate: For the Equipment under CCC management within the scope of CNCA-C23-01:2024 , as part of the Goods offered by the bidder in this bid, the bidder shall have obtained the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) certificate, and the certificate must be within the validity period. VENDOR are required to commit to providing it before supply.？B. ★防爆合格证：投标人本次投标所投产品中的所有防爆设备必须取得防爆合格证（对于国外进口的防爆设备，应按照中国国家标准取得防爆合格证或IECEx颁发的认证证书）必须取得国家指定防爆检验机构颁发的有效期内的防爆合格证书。投标人需承诺供货前提供。Explosion-Proof Certificate (if applicable): For theAll explosion-proof equipmenfor imported explosion-proof equipment from abroad, it should obtain an explosion-proof qualification certificate in accordance with Chinese national standards or a certification certificate issued by IECEx), VENDOR are required to commit to providing it before supply.？★（3）业绩要求Requirement for Bidder's Past Performance:2015年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同或者订单签署时间为准），投标人所投产品的制造商应具有至少1个离心泵（BB5型式）的供货业绩，且满足泵的介质为CO2,流量不低于150m3/h,出口压力不低于13.2MpaG（或者扬程不低于1051.3米）的技术要求。投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：1）销售合同或订单复印件（含相关技术附件）和2）到货验收证明文件或者用户现场调试报告（用户使用证明或用户验收证明或其他可以证明合同项下货物已经到货验收的有效证明材料）。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同或者订单签署时间、合同或订单签署页（国内贸易合同应有双方盖章，国际贸易合同应有双方签字或盖章）、制造商名称、货物名称、泵的形式、介质、流量和出口压力（或扬程）等技术要求及到货验收材料。若业绩合同为年度协议，除提供年度协议外，还应提供相应的已到货订单,订单内容或编号应与年度协议相关联。同一个年度协议下提供1个或以上的订单及与订单对应的到货验收材料均算为1个有效业绩。未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法满足上述业绩要求及到货验收材料的，均视为无效业绩。
