一、采购条件 / 1. Tender Conditions

柬埔寨CART热电厂四期项目，采购人为中国电建集团四川工程有限公司（柬埔寨分公司）柬埔寨CART热电厂四期项目部，具备采购条件，现进行采购。

This project is the Cambodia CART Thermal Power Project , and the tendering entity is the Cambodia CART Thermal Power Project Department of PowerChina Sichuan Engineering Co., Ltd. (Cambodia Branch). The project now meets the conditions for tendering and is hereby put out to bid.

二、项目概况和采购范围 / 2. Project Overview and Scope ofTender

采购项目名称 / Name of Tendered Project：

柬埔寨CART热电厂四期项目设备安装Ⅱ标

Equipment Installation Lot Ⅱ of Cambodia CART Thermal Power Project Phase IV

建设地点 / Project Location：

柬埔寨柴桢省齐鲁工业园

Qilu Industrial Park, Svay Rieng Province, Cambodia

工期 / Construction Period：

暂定为9个月/Tentatively scheduled for 9 months

计划开工日期 / Planned Start Date：开工时间以甲方通知为准。

The commencement date shall be subject to the written notice from the Party A.

计划竣工日期 / Planned Completion Date：根据项目服务计划与采购方现场要求进行 All work shall be carried out in accordance with the project service plan and the on-site

requirements of the tenderer.

采购范围 / Scope ofTender：

包括但不限于/Including but not limited to：

（1）负责全厂已安装就位的设备、管道及钢结构系统的表层防护与绝热封包施工，具体包括表面除锈、防腐喷涂、高低温保温保冷、外覆金属护板加工安装及接缝防水打胶作业，并承担相应的物资场内倒运、脚手架搭拆与现场清理等辅助工作。

The Supplier shall be responsible for surface protection and thermal insulation cladding works of pre-installed equipment, piping and steel structure systems across the whole plant. The scope specifically includes surface rust removal, anti-corrosion spraying, high and low temperature heat preservation and cold insulation, fabrication and installation of external metal cladding, as well as waterproof sealing at joints. The Contractor shall also undertake auxiliary works including in-plant material transportation, erection and dismantling of scaffolding, and site cleanup.

三、供应商资格要求 / 3. Bidders’ Qualification Requirements

1. 资格能力要求 / Qualification & Capacity

（1）供应商需具有柬埔寨境内注册的独立法人资格公司，或具有在柬埔寨注册的子公司，具有有效的柬埔寨营业执照。

The bidder must be an independent legal entity registered in Cambodia, or possess a subsidiary registered in Cambodia, holding a valid Cambodiaese business license.

2. 其他要求 / Other Requirements

不接受联合体响应。

Joint bids are not accepted.
