建成工程咨询股份有限公司（以下简称“招标代理机构”）受东莞市水务集团供水有限公司（以下简称“招标人”）的委托，对东莞市供水计量设施更新项目(2025年计量仪表采购)－螺翼式远传水表(招标编号：SSWSSZ12501140)进行国内公开招标，详情请参见本招标文件。欢迎符合条件的合格投标人参加投标，有关事项如下：
