(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）具有市政公用工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；（2）具有有效的安全生产许可证；（3）项目经理具有中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部颁发的注册建造师，注册专业须为市政公用工程二级及其以上及其以上资格，并具有有效的安全生产考核证书，且不得在其他项目担任项目负责人；（4）本项目不允许转包（5）本项目仅面向中小企业采购。（6）本项目不接受组成联合体。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Must have a Grade III or above general contracting qualification for municipal public works; (2) Must have a valid work safety license; (3) The project manager must hold a registered constructor certificate issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the PRC, with a specialty in municipal public works of Level II or above, have a valid work safety assessment certificate, and cannot serve as a project leader on other projects; (4) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project; (5) This project is only open to small and medium-sized enterprises; (6) Forming a consortium is not accepted for this project.
