简要规则描述：本工程地点位于上海市浦东新区康桥镇横沔城镇单元，北至沔青路，西至度假区高架路，南至龚潮港，东至张江金茂府，占地面积约6130平方米。工程实施内容为绿植优化（增加绿植品种、数量）、景观小品、土方造型、步道改造、夜间照明等。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单及图纸。）
Brief Specification Description: The project site is located in Hengcha Town Unit, Kangqiao Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, north to Chuqing Road, west to the resort elevated road, south to Gongchao Port, east to Zhangjiang Jinmao Mansion, covering an area of about 6,130 square meters. The implementation content of the project is green plant optimization (increasing the variety and quantity of green plants), landscape sketches, earthwork modeling, trail transformation, night lighting, etc. (See the bill of quantities and drawings for specific quantities and requirements.)

（4）其他资格要求：施工现场项目管理机构拟派人员配备要求：人员配备要求（人）：5人岗位、数量、资格要求：*园林项目负责人（园林专业中级及以上职称）1人、安全员1人、质量员1人、材料员1人、中级及以上园林绿化工(班组负责人)1人。说明：1）上述人员配备要求系最低配备要求；对于施工技术复杂的项目，供应商可根据项目情况，在以上人员配备要求基础上适当增加技术管理人员、施工员等人数；2）*岗位不得同时兼任两个及以上项目,须具有上海市园林绿化工程从业人员项目负责人电子信息卡，且无在建项目记录；3）本竞争性磋商文件所涉及的园林专业是指：园林（园林规划设计、园林植物、风景园林、园林绿化、绿化林业等）、园艺、城市规划、景观、植物（含植保、森保等）、环境艺术、风景旅游等专业；（5）业绩要求：无；（6）其他要求：无。(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: Please refer to the Chinese version of the announcement for details
