简要规则描述：对龚路派出所现办公地址东侧房屋实施修缮改造，解决房屋结构老化、设施陈旧等问题。工程将同步实施吊顶安装、地板铺设、门窗更换等措施，并对屋面防水系统进行重建升级，增设规范化晾晒功能等。同时，对龚丰路85号三号楼存在的内墙饰面局部脱落空鼓、屋面防水层老化失效等问题实施整体性修缮。具体要求详见磋商文件内采购需求及工程量清单。
Brief Specification Description: The house on the east side of the current office address of Gonglu Police Station has been renovated to solve problems such as aging house structure and outdated facilities. The project will simultaneously implement measures such as ceiling installation, floor laying, replacement of doors and windows, rebuild and upgrade the roof waterproofing system, and add standardized drying functions, etc. At the same time, the overall repair was carried out on problems such as partial hollowing of the interior wall decoration in Building 3, 85 Gongfeng Road, and the aging failure of the roof waterproof layer. For specific requirements, please refer to the list of procurement requirements and quantities in the consultation document.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3.1未被列入《信用中国网站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件当事人名单和“中国政府采购网”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单[以查询的提交首次响应文件截止之日前3年内的信用记录为准]。3.2具备建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质或建筑装修装饰工程专业承包资质二级及以上，并具备有效的安全生产许可证。3.3拟派项目经理具有建筑工程专业贰级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目经理。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 Not included in the list of people executed for breach of trust on the Credit China Website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the list of parties to major tax violation cases and serious violations of trust in government procurement of the Chinese Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) Record list [subject to the credit record within 3 years before the deadline for submission of the first response document of the inquiry]. 3.2 Have the qualification of construction engineering general contracting level 3 or above or the qualification of construction decoration engineering professional contracting level 2 or above, and have a valid safety production license. 3.3 The project manager to be assigned has the qualification of a registered construction engineer in the construction engineering major or above, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as a project manager of other construction projects under construction.
