The main contents include mechanical removal of违章 buildings, manual demolition of buildings, transportation of construction waste， removal of concrete floors and road surfaces， etc. (The specific quantities and requirements are detailed in the drawings and the engineering quantity list.)

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，支持中小企业发展：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时，中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）扶持监狱企业、残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；（3）优先采购节能环保产品政策：在技术、服务等指标同等条件下，对财政部财库〔2019〕18号和财政部财库〔2019〕19号文公布的节能环保产品品目清单中的产品实行优先采购；对节能产品品目清单中以“★”标注的产品，实行强制采购。供应商须提供具有国家确定的认证机构出具的、处于有效期之内的认证证书方能享受优先采购或强制采购政策。(4）购买国货政策：本项目不接受进口产品。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement and support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation process, no price discount benefits will be applied to products from small and medium-sized enterprises. (2) Support prison enterprises and welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as micro and small enterprises; please refer to the procurement documents for details.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、须系我国境内依法设立的法人组织；2、须具有建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；3、具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；4、拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；5、业绩要求：无；6、其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. It must be a legal entity established within China; 2. It must have a construction general contracting qualification of level three or above in building engineering; 3. It must hold a safety production license (valid within the validity period); 4. The project leader to be dispatched must have a registered construction engineer qualification in building engineering at level two or above, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 5. Performance requirements: None; 6. Other requirements: None.
