合同履约期限：本项目服务期限自2026年1月1日起，期限三年，采取一次招标三年沿用、分三个年度分别签订合同的方式实施。
The Contract Period: This project features a three-year term (starting January 1, 2026), implemented via a one-time tender followed by three separate annual contracts.

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
