简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：浦东公交“1+3+X”数字化整体框架依托公有云平台部署运行，是公司日常运营与生产指挥的关键数字底座。目前运行系统包含经营管理（含财务管理）、合规管理、决策管理（含财务管理）三大维度业务。本次拟通过公开招标方式，选取一家合格的供应商提供浦东公交云服务运行维护、互联网线路服务(450M/200M/30M带宽)及安全防护组件服务，确认各系统稳定运行。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）最高限价：互联网线路服务部分最高限价100,000.00元
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The overall digital framework of Pudong Public Transport's "1+3+X" relies on the deployment and operation of the public cloud platform, which is the key digital foundation for the company's daily operations and production command. At present, the operating system includes three dimensions of business: business management (including financial management), compliance management, and decision-making management (including financial management). This time, it is proposed to select a qualified supplier to provide Pudong public transport cloud service operation and maintenance, Internet line service (450M/200M/30M bandwidth) and security protection component services through public bidding to confirm the stable operation of each system. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)The maximum price of Internet line service is 100000.00 yuan
合同履约期限：合同签订之日起一年。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically aimed at purchasing for small and medium-sized enterprises, and small and micro enterprises enjoy a 10% price discount during evaluation. (2) Welfare units for disabled people and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）具备《中华人民共和国增值电信业务经营许可证》，且业务种类涵盖互联网接入服务；（4）本项目不允许转包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Having the Business License of the People's Republic of China for Value added Telecommunication Business, and the business category covers Internet access services; (4) This project does not allow subcontracting.
(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
