马斯达尔混合项目1号变电站电气安装项目临时电源租赁合同工作内容包含但不限于：
Masdar Hybrid Energy No.1 Substation Electrical Installation project Temporary Power Supply Lease Agreement includes, but is not limited to:
2.2.1、工作内容包含但不限于：负责项目所需临时电源机组的进场运输、现场安装调试、设备检修保养、故障应急抢修、配套辅材耗材供应、设备退场拆除清运，包含机组操作人员配置、噪声降噪、排烟处理、接地防护等全部配套工作，承担租赁期间设备安全、环保、合规相关全部责任，满足项目施工全过程不间断供电需求。
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: arranging the on-site transportation of temporary power supply units required for the project, conducting on-site installation and commissioning, performing equipment maintenance and servicing, carrying out emergency repair of faults, supplying supporting materials and consumables, and handling the removal, dismantling, and disposal of the equipment upon project completion; this also encompasses all ancillary tasks, including staffing of equipment operators, noise reduction, smoke exhaust treatment, and grounding protection; the contractor shall assume full responsibility for the safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory adherence of the equipment during the lease period, thereby ensuring an uninterrupted power supply throughout the entire project construction phase.
乙方为完成采购范围内的工作所产生的全部费用均含在合同综合单价中，采购范围内的工作无对应的清单，则认为该工作已综合在已有清单子目中，不另行计费。
All costs incurred by Party B for completing the works within the Procurement scope are included in the contract's comprehensive unit price. Where no separate bill of quantities exists for such works, they shall be deemed incorporated into the existing bill of quantities items and shall not be charged separately.
2.2.2、合同价格中包括但不限于本合同工程全部内容The contract price covers, but is not limited to, all aspects of the project specified in this contract：
(1)设备租赁费、进退场运输费、装卸费
Machinery and equipment rental fees, shift rates, entry/exit transportation fees, and loading/unloading fees
(2)设备安装、调试、拆卸、移位、场内转运费用
Costs for equipment installation, commissioning, disassembly, relocation, and on-site transportation
(3)设备润滑油、液压油、防冻液等耗材费用
Costs for consumables such as equipment lubricants, hydraulic oil, and antifreeze fluids
(4)日常维修、保养、易损件更换、故障抢修费用
Costs for daily maintenance, upkeep, replacement of consumable parts, and emergency repairs
(5)设备年检、检测、备案、证件办理、保险费
Annual equipment inspection, testing, registration, certification processing, and insurance premium payment
(6)安全防护用品、机械辅材、小型配套机具费用
Costs of safety protective equipment, mechanical auxiliary materials, and small-scale supporting machinery
(7)税金、管理费、利润、风险费及所有不可预见费用
Taxes, management fees, profits, risk fees, and all unforeseen expenses
(8)配合施工、现场协调、完工清场、退场清理等全部配套费用
All associated costs for construction coordination, site management, completion clearance, and site evacuation cleanup
以及项目部委托的其他工作
As well as other tasks entrusted by the Project Department
四、资格要求与合同条件
IV. Qualification Requirements and Contract Conditions
为履行本施工合同，响应人至少应满足本采购项目的设备租赁资质，并符合当地资质要求（阿联酋）。
To fulfill this Construction Contract, the Respondent shall at least meet the equipment leasing qualification requirements for this procurement project and comply with local qualification requirements (United Arab Emirates).
投标人必须具有独立法人资格，本项目不接受以联合体形式的投标。
The bidder must be an independent legal entity. Bidding in the form of a consortium is not accepted for this project.
为具有被授予合同的资格，投标人应提供令采购人满意的资格文件，以证明其符合投标合格条件和具有履行合同的能力。为此，所提交的投标文件中应包括下列资料：
To be eligible for contract award, the bidder shall provide qualification documents satisfactory to the tenderer to prove that it meets the bidding qualification conditions and has the ability to perform the contract. For this purpose, the submitted bidding documents shall include the following materials:
3.1 有关确立投标法律地位的原始文件的有效复印件及原件扫描件（包括营业执照、资质等级证书、安全施工资格证、法人代表证或委托代理人证明书等），复印件需盖原章。
3.1 Valid copies and original scanned copies of the original documents confirming the legal status of the bidder (including business license, qualification grade certificate, safe construction qualification certificate, legal representative certificate or entrusted agent certificate, etc.), with official seals affixed on the copies.
3.2 按规定的格式填写公司的组织结构和拟在本工程担任项目经理及施工现场管理、主要施工人员的情况。
3.2 Fill in the company's organizational structure and information of the proposed project manager, on-site construction management personnel and main construction personnel for this project in the specified format.
3.3 按规定格式提供完成本工程拟采用的主要施工机械设备或工机具情况。
3.3 Provide information on the main construction mechanical equipment, tools and machinery proposed to be used for the project in the specified format.
3.4 完成的与本工程相似的业绩及其合同履行情况。
3.4 Similar project performance completed and contract performance status.
中标人在接到中标通知书后 5 个日历日内开始合同谈判，并在 10 个日历日内签订完承包合同。
The successful bidder shall start contract negotiation within 5 calendar days after receiving the bid award notice and complete the signing of the contracting contract within 10 calendar days.
