(c)本项目的特定资格要求：具有建设部颁发的建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质，拟派项目负责人须具备建筑工程注册建造师二级及其以上资格；本项目专门面向中小企业采购。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: Having a construction general contracting qualification of level 3 or above issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the person in charge of the must have a registered builder qualification of level 2 or above; this project is specifically for the procurement of small and medium-sized enterprises.        

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
