简要规则描述：本项目为世博核心区人行天桥新建工程代建服务。工程项目位于浦东新区世博大道-博成路-周家渡路-上南路围合的区域，新建6座人行天桥，总长约0.44公里。主要建设内容是：土建工程、机电安装工程、绿化工程、附属工程以及其他管线、绿化搬迁等前期工作。代建服务工作内容包括但不限于项目建设过程各阶段的投资、进度、质量、风险、安全、信息等的代建工作（其中投资管理必须按国家审计的规范运作)，达到采购人要求。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:This project is the construction management service for the new pedestrian overpasses in the core area of the World Expo. The project is located in the area enclosed by Shengbo Avenue - Bocheng Road - Zhoujiadu Road - Shangnan Road in Pudong New Area. Six new pedestrian overpasses will be built, with a total length of approximately 0.44 kilometers. The main construction contents include: civil engineering, mechanical and electrical installation engineering, landscaping engineering, ancillary works, and other preparatory works such as pipeline and landscaping relocation. The construction management service includes but is not limited to the construction management of investment, progress, quality, risks, safety, information, etc. during each stage of the project (where investment management must be carried out in accordance with the national auditing standards), meeting the requirements of the purchaser. 合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起至前期服务期、施工服务期、后期服务期阶段的工作全部完成止。
