(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. According to the "Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Negotiation Supplier Registration and Integrity Management Measures", negotiation suppliers that have been registered and put into storage. 4. This project is not specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises, small and micro enterprises; 5. This project does not accept consortium forms.
