(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、具备住建部建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；4、具有有效期内的安全生产许可证；5、项目经理：建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，该项目负责人以在上海市住房和城乡建设管理委员会门户网站上查询为准，在册且无在建项目记录（同一工程分期施工的除外）；6、本项目仅面向中、小、微型供应商采购。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Possess a Grade 3 or higher qualification in general contracting for construction projects under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development; 4. Possess a valid work safety license within its valid period; 5. Project Manager: Must possess a Level 2 or higher registered constructor qualification in the field of architectural engineering, and hold a valid work safety assessment certification. The project leader's eligibility will be determined based on the records available on the website of the Shanghai Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Management Committee, specifically those that are registered and have no ongoing construction projects (excluding cases where the same project is constructed in phases); 6. This project is exclusively for procurement from small, medium, and micro-sized suppliers.
