Brief Specification Description: Based on the overall research of the park and project implementation requirements, propose a reasonable planning adjustment scheme in accordance with the requirements of the "Technical Guidelines for Regulatory Detailed Planning in Shanghai", complete the adjustment work of regulatory detailed planning, and prepare the results in accordance with the requirements of the Shanghai Regulatory Detailed Planning Technical Guidelines. According to the requirements of the technical guidelines, the overall unit regulatory planning results should include text, plans, specifications, compilation of basic materials, and preparation documents.
