简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目涉及川沙新镇镇管河道常规养护工作：主要包括河道巡视检查、堤防护岸养护、防汛通道养护、公共绿化养护、水域和陆域保洁、河道护栏、标牌标识等附属设施维护。本项目为一招三年项目（一次采购三年享用，分年签订合同），服务期限为3年。每年结束后采购人对中标人的工作进行考核，并在相同采购任务的条件下确定次年合同的签订。如年度考核未通过或项目内容及价格变动较大的（超过原合同采购金额10%），将重新采购。具体项目内容、采购范围及所应达到的具体要求，以招标文件相应规定为准。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project involves routine maintenance work of the river channel managed by Chuansha New Town, mainly including river channel inspection, embankment and bank protection maintenance, flood control channel maintenance, public greening maintenance, water and land area cleaning, river guardrails, signage and other ancillary facilities maintenance. This project is a three-year project (one purchase for three years, with contracts signed annually), with a service period of three years. At the end of each year, the purchaser evaluates the work of the winning bidder and determines the signing of the contract for the following year under the same procurement task conditions. If the annual assessment fails or there are significant changes in project content and price (exceeding 10% of the original contract procurement amount), a new procurement will be [链接]
