简要规则描述：本工程建光路（川杨河路-华夏东路）位于合庆镇东南部，呈南北走向，北起川杨河路；南至华夏东路，道路实施长度为580.511m，一般路段宽度3.5-7.5m，局部路段宽9m。对破损严重的水泥路面翻建为沥青路面，局部可以利用的水泥混凝土路面修复后加罩沥青混凝土，修复沿线损坏的进口坡，同步对损坏的道路附属设施进行维修，积水路段增设雨水口及雨水连管。（采购内容及具体数量详见图纸及工程量清单）
Brief Specification Description: The Jian Guang Road (Chuanyanghe Road - Huaxi East Road) project is located in the southeastern part of Heqing Town, running north-south from Chuanyanghe Road in the north to Huaxi East Road in the south. The implemented road length is 580.511 meters, with a general width of 3.5-7.5 meters and localized sections widened to 9 meters. Severely damaged cement pavements are reconstructed into asphalt pavements, while partially usable cement concrete pavements are repaired with asphalt concrete overlays. Damaged inlet slopes along the route are restored, and concurrent repairs are made to damaged road ancillary facilities. Drainage inlets and connecting pipes are added to waterlogged sections. (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (4) Having the qualification of third level or above enterprise for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (5) Having a valid safety production license; (6) The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in municipal public works, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: None.
