Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The service content includes (but is not limited to) on-street parking fee collection service, parking order management, on-site parking guidance, policy promotion, daily inspection, order generation, order review, abnormal order handling, order arrears reminder, order arrears collection, maintenance and management of on-street parking berth facilities and supporting facilities, and hotline work order processing. For specific details, please refer to the bidding documents.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This project implements government procurement policies and regulations that encourage and support energy-saving products, environmentally certified products, as well as support for small and medium-sized enterprises, welfare enterprises, and so on.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）法定代表人或单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动。
（2）本项目专门面向中小企业采购。（3）本项目不接受联合体投标。(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) The same legal representative or unit leader, or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships, shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract. (2) This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises. (3) This project does not accept consortium bidding.
