简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目位于上海市浦东新区浦东南路3669号，主要建设内容包括：拆除锅炉房及其他临时建筑，涉及建筑面积约 3251 平方米；对保留建筑进行整体修缮，涉及总建筑面积约 21551 平方米，其中地上建筑面积 13067 平方米，地下建筑面积 8484 平方米；新建一栋运动综合馆，总建筑面积暂按11300 平方米控制，其中地上建筑面积 4800 平方米，地下建筑面积 6500 平方米；同步实施室外总体工程。本项目拟通过公开采购的方式，择优选取一家合格的供应商为该项目提供代建服务。（具体详见第三章服务需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project is located at No.3669, Pudong South Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The main construction contents include: demolition of boiler room and other temporary buildings, involving a construction area of about 3,251 square meters; Overall renovation of the reserved buildings, involving a total construction area of about 21,551 square meters, including 13,067 square meters above ground and 8,484 square meters underground; A new sports complex will be built with a total construction area of 11,300 square meters, including 4,800 square meters above ground and 6,500 square meters underground. Simultaneously implement the outdoor master project. This project intends to select a qualified supplier to provide agent construction services for the project through public procurement. (See Chapter III Service Requirements for details)
合同履约期限：合同签订之日起至项目审计、验收通过，并向采购人完整提供相关服务文档之日止。
The Contract Period: From the date of signing the contract to the date when the project is audited and accepted, and the relevant service documents are provided to the purchaser completely.
