(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and micro enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and micro enterprises: project (■ Yes □ No) is specifically for the procurement of small and micro enterprises, and no price discount preferences are applied to the products of small and micro enterprises during evaluation (2) Support welfare institutions for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.        

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸规则推进试点地区政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采 〔2024〕12 号）第 17 条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Suppliers that meet the requirements specified in Article 17 of the Guiding Opinions on the Connection of International High Standards of Economic and Rules to Promote the Reform of Government Procurement in Pilot Zones (Shi Cai Cai [2024] No. 12) are not to participate in the procurement activities of this project;
