简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：采购1600套350兆PDT数字集群手持台（包括肩咪、配套耳机），100套350兆PDT数字集群基地台（包含手咪、电源）、3套PDT室内基站（包含电源、天馈、射频合路以及传输设备），10套多联充电器用以满足分局在日常执勤执法工作、处理突发性事件等任务时的无线通信需求（具体要求详见招标文件第五章）。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Procurement of 1,600 Units of 350MHz PDT Digital Trunking Handheld Radios (Including Remote Speaker Microphones and Matching Headsets)，100 Units of 350MHz PDT Digital Trunking Base Stations (Including Control Handsets and Power Supply Units)，3 Units of PDT Indoor Distributed Base Stations (Including Power Supply Units, Antenna-Feeder Systems, RF Combiners, and Transmission Equipment)，10 Units of Multi-Unit Charging Stations for PDT Radios.To meet the wireless communication needs of the sub-bureau during routine on-duty law enforcement operations, handling of emergencies, and other related tasks(For specific requirements, please refer to Chapter 5 of the bidding documents).
合同履约期限：签订合同后60天内到货。
The Contract Period: The goods shall arrive within 60 days after the contract is signed.

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本采购项目执行政府采购有关鼓励支持节能产品、环境认证产品以及支持中小企业、残疾人福利性单位等的政策功能。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This procurement project implements the policy functions of government procurement related to encouraging and supporting energy-saving products, environmental certification products, as well as supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and welfare units for the disabled.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、本项目面向所有企业采购，对小型和微型企业投标人产品的价格给予10%的扣除，用扣除后的价格参与评审；
4、为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的潜在投标人，不得参加本项目的采购活动；5、单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；6、投标单位须具有电子与智能化工程专业承包二级及以上资质；7、投标单位须具有良好的售后服务体系，能提供良好的技术支持；8、本项目不接受联合体投标。(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (iii)This project is open to procurement from all enterprises, and a 10% deduction will be applied to the prices of products offered by small and micro enterprise bidders. The deducted prices will be used for evaluation.
(iv)Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification development, or services suchas project management, supervision, and testing for the procurement project are not eligible to participate in the procurement activities of this project.(v)Suppliers whose unit leaders are the same person or who have direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.(vi)Bidders shall possess a professional contracting qualification of Grade II or above for Electronic and Intelligent Engineering.(vii)Bidders must have a sound after-sales service system and be capable of providing excellent technical support..(viii)This project does not accept bids from consortia.(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(ii)未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
