Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:To ensure the efficient management and park security of the Shanghai East Hub International Business Cooperation Zone, assist the resident functional departments within the zone, such as and public security, in carrying out auxiliary work related to regional management; combining the initial operational support of the Business Cooperation Zone with the management assistance needs of the resident departments such as customs and public security, implement the management assistance project for the resident functional departments of the Business Cooperation Zone, and cooperate with the relevant resident functional departments of the Cooperation Zone to implement business management auxiliary work.
合同履约期限：1年，自2027年2月1日至2028年1月31日。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Not listed as a dishonest judgment debtor, a party to a major tax violation case, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government on "Credit China" ([链接]) and the China Government Procurement Network ([链接]). () Different suppliers whose heads are the same person or who have direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract project; (3) project does not accept joint venture bidding.

1.
