(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项目不接受分公司以自己名义参加采购活动），具有与委托业务相关的履约能力；4、本项目不接受组成联合体；5、法定代表人或企业负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一标段磋商

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. It must be a legal entity or unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies to participate in procurement activities in their own name), and have the ability to fulfill the contract related to the entrusted business; 4. This project does not accept the formation of a consortium; 5. The legal representative or enterprise leader who is the same person or has a controlling or management relationship with different suppliers shall not participate in the negotiation of the same section
