(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本次采购若符合政府强制采购节能产品、鼓励环保产品、扶持福利企业、促进残疾人就业、促进中小微企业等政策，将落实相关政策。

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、具有市政公用工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；4、施工现场项目管理机构拟派人员配备要求：本工程最低应为5人（含）以上，且需包含*园林项目负责人（不得同时兼任二个及以上项目）、安全员、质量员、材料员、中级园林绿化工（班组负责人）各1名；5、本项目专门面向中小微企业采购。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（iii）Have a Grade III or above qualification for General Municipal Public Works Contracting;（iv）Staffing requirements for the on-site construction project management team: This project shall have a minimum of 5 personnel (inclusive), including one Landscape Architecture Project Leader (who may not concurrently serve as project leader for two or more projects), one Safety Officer, one Quality Officer, one Materials Officer, and one Intermediate Landscape Gardener (team leader);（v）This project is specifically procured for small, medium, and micro enterprises.
