简要规则描述：自2026年5月起，“临港时刻·时光之戒”光影烟花秀已常态化引入无人机表演，截至目前累计举办13场，吸引市民游客约80万人次，有效带动滴水湖环湖区域人气提升。为持续展现临港新片区开放创新的城市形象、激活夜游文旅消费，拟于2026年11月至12月期间，在周末及重大节假日的光影烟花秀开场前，持续新增无人机表演，单场时长约14分钟、规模约1900架次，无人机飞行表演包括飞行服务（飞行作业、画面设计、服务管理）与临时管制两部分，环湖全域开放观赏，通过集中展示临港新片区建设发展成果与城市精神，丰富市民游客的文旅生活，进一步提升临港新片区知名度、美誉度和吸引力。
Brief Specification Description:Since May 2026, the "Lingang Moment · Ring of Time" light and shadow fireworks show has normalized the introduction drone performances, with a cumulative total of 13 shows held to date, attracting approximately 800,000 visits from citizens and tourists, effectively the popularity of the Dishui Lake lakeside area. To continuously showcase the open and innovative urban image of the Lingang Special Area and activate night-time cultural and tourism consumption it is proposed to continuously add drone performances during the weekends and major holidays from November to December 2026, prior to the opening of the light and fireworks show. Each session will last about 14 minutes with a scale of approximately 1,900 drones. The drone flight performance includes two parts: services (flight operations, visual design, and service management) and temporary control. The entire lakeside area will be open for viewing.
