Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Luchaogang Community and Logistics Bonded Zone, encompassing the area bounded by Nanchao Town in Nanhui District, Nanlu Highway, Wanshui Road, Cenglin Road, seawall, and enclosed netting, including but not limited to the maintenance and management of municipal roads and ancillary facilities in the aforementioned areas.
合同履约期限：各包件：本项目服务期限自合同签订之日起期限三年，采取一次招标三年沿用、分三个年度分别签订合同的方式实施。
The Contract Period: Each package: The service period of this project is three years from the date of signing the contract, and it is implemented by bidding once for three years and signing contracts separately in three years.
