采购需求：

Procurement Requirements: 

合同履约期限：项目应在 2025 年 12 月底前完成安装，通过验收后需提供3年维保服务，远程监测装置服务期内应该保证设备在线率 90%以上。        

The Contract Period: The project shall complete the installation by the end of December 2025. After passing the acceptance check, a 3-year maintenance service shall be provided, and the remote monitoring devices shall ensure an equipment online rate of over 90% during the service period.

1.根据上海市财政局的规定，本项目招投标工作必须在上海市政府采购云平台上进行。本项目潜在供应商在投标前应当自行了解政府采购云平台的基本规则、要求、流程，具备网上投标的能力和条件，知晓并愿意承担电子招投标可能产生的风险。

2.如果供应商发现响应文件存在数据丢失、缺漏、乱码等情况，或在投标过程中遭遇因系统、网络故障等技术原因产生的问题，请及时联系政府采购云平台95763。
