1、开标所需携带其他材料：

（1）投标代表人授权委托书原件(投标代表人需为本单位员工，授权委托书需加盖单位公章和法人章)、有效的身份证原件和复印件(双面并加盖公章)、近3个月社保证明或其他本单位员工证明（加盖单位公章）。

（2）招标文件规定需要的提交纸质投标文件及电子文件。

（3）无线3G或4G上网卡、数字证书（CA证书）及可无线上网的笔记本一台（笔记本电脑提前确认是否浏览器设置、CA证书管理器下载等，确保和CA证书匹配可以正常登陆上海政府采购网）。

       

1. Other materials required for bid opening: (1) Original authorization letter from the bidding representative (the bidding representative must be an employee of our company, and the authorization letter must be stamped with the company seal and legal representative seal), original and photocopy of valid ID card (double-sided and stamped with the company seal), social security certificate from the past 3 months or other employee certificates of our company (stamped with the company seal). (2) The bidding documents require the submission of both paper and electronic bidding documents. (3) A wireless 3G or 4G network card, a digital certificate (CA certificate), and a laptop with wireless internet access (the laptop should be checked in advance for browser settings, CA certificate manager downloads, etc., to ensure that it matches the CA certificate and can log in to the Shanghai Government Procurement Network normally).
