Brief Specification Description: To eliminate potential safety hazards in the park, provide visitors with a higher level of comfort and enhance the satisfaction of visitors, it is planned to carry out hardware facility renovations in the green space, including the renewal of floor tiles, the renovation of wooden platforms, the repair of toilets, the restoration of relief walls, the maintenance of sports facilities, and the repair of lighting circuits. It mainly includes: demolition works, trail renewal, paving works, greening works, electrical works, etc. For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities/drawings.
合同履约期限：本项目施工工期90日历天，计划开工日期：2025年7月10日（暂定，具体开工日期以采购人通知为准）
The Contract Period: The construction period of this project is 90 calendar days. The planned start date is July 10, 2025 (tentative, the exact start date is subject to the notice of the purchaser).

2、须系我国境内依法设立的法人组织；3、其他资格要求：施工现场项目管理机构拟派人员配备要求：人员配备要求：5人；岗位、数量、资格要求：园林项目负责人（园林专业中级职称）1人、安全员1人、质量员1人、材料员1人、中级园林绿化工1人（班组负责人）。说明：详见附件或采购文件。4、业绩要求：无；5、其他要求：无。(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Other qualification requirements: Personnel allocation requirements for the project management organization at the construction site: Personnel allocation requirements: 5 people; Position, quantity and qualification requirements: 1 person for the landscape project manager (with intermediate professional title in landscape architecture), 1 safety officer, 1 quality control officer, 1 material officer, and 1 person for intermediate landscape greening worker (team leader).
